SunGlow provides UV index information, AI-powered face tone analysis, sun exposure guidance, a session logger with lo‑fi music, and progress tracking. The App is for personal, non-commercial use. Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App or its services.
2. Health Disclaimer
SunGlow does not provide medical advice. Always consult professional guidance regarding skin or sun exposure. Use the App’s suggestions at your own discretion.
3. Accounts & Purchases
Certain features may require an Apple ID purchase or subscription managed via the App Store. Apple’s terms and billing rules apply. Some features may require optional permissions (e.g., notifications).
4. Privacy
Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data. See the policy for details on collection, use, and retention.
5. Content & IP
All branding, logos, text, images, and code are owned by AppToDesign or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You obtain no rights beyond a limited license to use the App.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or harmful use. You may stop using the App at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppToDesign is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
