These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the eSign PDF mobile application ("the app", "we", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using eSign PDF, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About eSign PDF
eSign PDF is a mobile application for signing, filling, and annotating PDF documents. The app allows users to draw, type, or import signatures, add text fields, dates, checkboxes, stamps, and export tamper-proof flattened PDF documents. All processing occurs on-device.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use eSign PDF. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the app, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Account & Usage
eSign PDF does not require account creation, email registration, or any personal information to use.
You agree not to:
- • Use the app for any unlawful purpose, including document forgery or fraud
- • Sign documents on behalf of others without proper authorization
- • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
- • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app or any part of it
- • Use the app to create misleading, fraudulent, or forged documents
4. Subscriptions & Payments
eSign PDF offers optional paid subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase:
- • Weekly: $2.99/week
- • Yearly: $19.99/year
- • Lifetime: $24.99 one-time purchase
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. eSign PDF does not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details.
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will be reflected in the App Store before your next billing cycle.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- • You can cancel at any time through your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
- • No cancellation fees, no advance notice required, no questions asked
Refund requests should be directed to Apple, as they process all payments.
6. Electronic Signatures
eSign PDF provides tools to create and place electronic signatures on PDF documents. Important legal notes:
- • Electronic signatures created with eSign PDF may be considered legally binding under the ESIGN Act (US), eIDAS (EU), and similar laws in other jurisdictions
